If you've put £100 on a 15/1 shot and it's in to evens, it's worth protecting your initial investment.
It's only costing you £100 of a potential £1500 return.

Leonard - i agree with you BUT
last year or maybe 2 seasons ago, when paddy power first introduced cash out, i had a 10 game acca. on the saturday and one on the sunday. £3 returned £6500
all came in so i went into sunday needed Everton to beat Man City at goodison park. they offered me something like£800 cash out before game. i decided to fucking go for it. Everton went 1-0 up and they offered me £1500 cash out...i sat for next couple mins debating what to do..decided to go for it at which point man city equalized..then man city went 2-1 up, i cashed out at fucking £128 quid.
man city won 3-1.
now if i do a big acca, im actually playing for the cash out amount rather than the final winning amount should they all come in.

I bet just so I can cash out sometimes. For example, I might bet on over 3.5 goals at half time when the game is 0-0. I'm not betting on over 3.5 goals, I'm betting on an early goal in the second half.
